Introduction

Before we can do business together, we will need to come to your home, meet with you and your spouse or partner and meet your pets. We will conduct a consultation at no charge to you that will take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

We will gather detailed information on what your pets needs and requirements are, where items for them are located along with their routine so we can be aware of and consistent with the manner in which you take care of them. This will make it an easier adjustment for them and help us to provide the perfect care for them when you’re not there.

Consultation

At the initial consult, you will be asked to provide proof of Rabies shots for all dogs and cats, provide two forms of entry to your home (i.e., 2 keys for each key entry, door and/or garage codes) and show that there are personal identification tags attached on all dog collars or harnesses.

Additionally, you will be required to provide the full payment for your upcoming service which will reserve our time for your requested pet sitting service dates. The initial consult when you are a potential new client is at no charge. However, any additional consult/visit that is required for a new pet, home, medications, etc. will be at an additional charge of the current minimum 30 minute visit rate. Charges are at the discretion of the PPC, LLC owner.

Background Checks

Background checks are performed on all pet care givers and PPC is licensed and maintains insurance and bonding specifically designed for professional pet sitters.
